We are holding our next sparring development session on the 6th May! These sessions help our students become more confident with sparring and our fight team grow. We will be doing points fighting 9.30am-11am and a continuous fighting session 11am-12.30pm. It will be £10 for one session or £15 for both. This will be on a first come first serve basis as we only have limited spaces so please confirm asap.
