Sparring Development Sessions (Part Two)

We had a great day yesterday running our second sparring development session for the kids. The sessions are especially designed for students we feel might benefit from (and enjoy!) some extra sparring experience. This week we focused a lot on fitness drills and made use of our freshly matted fight areas. That’s right, it’s not just your imagination, the gym is looking a bit bigger!! We had the ever helpful Keith in and he’s worked his magic, helping us lay out all our new mats. We think it looks great and it’s perfect for sessions like this where we have lots of students and lots of sparring going on!
